Language bar everywhere!

I noticed the language bar drops to The Void when we change to the forums and I think it should be in the forum's home page too since it facilitates navigation. ♥

Thanks for your sugestion. Even though this is the Portuguese suggestion site, all I can advise is that whichever forum you want to access, to add their initials. For instance, this is the Portuguese Forum, therefore http://pt.forum.firestorm-servers.com, for the english one, simple replace PT for EN http://en.forum.firestorm-servers.com . And so on with whichever languages our website supports.
